Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Dihydrocodeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anger, confusional state, feeling jittery, hallucinations, mixed, irritability, psychotic disorder What is  psychotic disorder. Dihydrocodeine dosage: 120 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, RIMONABANT, ASPIRIN, GLICLAZIDE, METFORMIN, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, ROSIGLITAZONE. Patient recovered.
