Digitoxin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on Aug 28, 2007. Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with helicobacter gastritis, hypertension, trigeminal neuralgia
, arthralgia and was treated with Digitoxin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, antibody test positive, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, c-reactive protein increased, coombs test positive, haemoglobin decreased, haptoglobin decreased, hyperbilirubinaemia, jaundice
. Digitoxin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, VITAMIN B, SICCAPOS GEL, INFLUENZA VACCINE, VOLTAREN, DICLOFENAC, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
