After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , fracture , gingival bleeding, gingival hypertrophy, injury, local swelling, loose tooth, necrotising ulcerative gingivostomatitis, osteolysis. Didrocal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIDRONEL, ACTONEL, FOSAMAX. Patient recovered.
