Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis , prophylaxis and was treated with Didrocal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, international normalised ratio decreased, international normalised ratio increased, myocardial infarction. Didrocal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, LIPITOR, NOVOSPIROZINE, RABEPRAZOLE, ALTACE. Patient recovered.
