Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 143.1 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Dicloxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, insomnia. Dicloxacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREMARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fatigue, insomnia. Dicloxacillin dosage: 250 MG 4 X DAY PO. Patient recovered.
