Diclac and anaphylactic shock Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Diclac side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Feb 28, 2007. Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with sciatica  and was treated with Diclac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, multi-organ failure. Diclac dosage: 75 MG, ONCE/SINGLE, INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with FLECAINIDE ACETATE, CARBIMAZOLE. Patient died on 02/24/2007.
