Male patient, 33 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Diazepam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, anxiety , cardiomegaly, ear haemorrhage, headache , migraine , sinusitis . Diazepam dosage: 10 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, PROZAC, VALIUM, IMITREX. Patient died on 11/16/2006.
