Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation, cardiac monitoring abnormal and was treated with Diazepam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block first degree, blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest , completed suicide, convulsion, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, poisoning . Diazepam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLECAINIDE ACETATE, PROPOFOL, AMIODARONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
