Diazepam dosage: 5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with SILDENAFIL CITRATE, SIMVASTATIN, ARIPIPRAZOLE, MIRTAZEPAM, TEMAZEPAM, QVAR, LEVEMIR. Patient was hospitalized.
