Diatrizoate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 22, 2006. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with scan with contrast and was treated with Diatrizoate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, encephalopathy, femur fracture, hip fracture, neurotoxicity, respiratory disorder. Diatrizoate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, FOSAMAX, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
