Diastat side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 19, 2006. Male patient, child 8 years of age, weighting 55.00 lb, was diagnosed with complex partial seizures and was treated with Diastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, condition aggravated, convulsion, emotional distress, fear, muscle rigidity, muscle tightness, refusal of treatment by patient. Diastat dosage: 10 MG VARIABLE RC. During the same period patient was treated with TRILEPTAL, NASONEX. Patient recovered.
