Diastat side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from CANADA on May 15, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Diastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device leakage, device malfunction, incorrect dose administered. Diastat dosage: 5 MG PRN RECTAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRILEPTAL. Patient recovered.
