Diamox Side Effects Report #5407082-9
Diamox side effect was reported by a Health Professional from KOREA, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF on July 18, 2007. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with coordination abnormal, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Diamox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bicarbonate decreased, carbon dioxide decreased, condition aggravated, coordination abnormal, depressed level of consciousness, dysarthria, hyperammonaemia, mental disorder, metabolic acidosis. Diamox dosage: 250 MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, BENDROFLUAZIDE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
