Diafusor Side Effects Report #6007953-9
Diafusor side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 04, 2008. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with nocardiosis and was treated with Diafusor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, pseudomonal sepsis, respiratory failure. Diafusor dosage: 10 MG; QD; CUT. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, KARDEGIC, NEXIUM, LASILIX FAIBLE, MONO TILDEM LP, TRANXENE, XATRAL, PERMIXON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
