Diaformin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Jan 31, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Diaformin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, pernicious anaemia. Diaformin dosage: 500 MG;TWICE A DAY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIAMICRON, NOVONORM, LEVOTHYROXINE, INDOMETHACIN. Patient recovered.
