After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: air embolism, bradycardia, cardio-respiratory arrest, crying, electrocardiogram change. Dextrose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM GLUCONATE, HEPARIN. Patient died on 01/31/2007.
