Male patient, weighting 13.18 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract congestion, ear infection  and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary congestion. Dextromethorphan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PSEUDOEPHDRINE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, CARBINOXAMINE MALEATE, APAP. Patient died.
