Dextromethorphan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CHINA on June 30, 2008. Male patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 33.07 lb, was diagnosed with accidental exposure and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, agitation, ataxia , blood pressure decreased, dysstasia, fall , incoherent, petechiae. Dextromethorphan dosage: 80 ML. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
