After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, anaphylactic shock, dyspnoea, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hypersensitivity. Dextromethorphan dosage: 12.5 MG, ONCE/SINGLE, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
