Dextromethorphan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 07, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis ischaemic, colonic stenosis, dizziness , gastritis, gastrointestinal necrosis, helicobacter pylori identification test positive, hyperhidrosis. Dextromethorphan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, DIAZEPAM, CELECOXIB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
