Male patient, child 2 years of age, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, dermatitis bullous, diarrhoea, lethargy, mastocytosis, urticaria, vomiting. Dextromethorphan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, agitation, blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, confusional state, diarrhoea, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, heart rate increased. Dextromethorphan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SENOKOT, PARACETAMOL, TRAMADOL, METOCLOPRAMIDE, MORPHINE SULPHATE, HYOSCINE HYT, MOTILIUM. Patient recovered.
