Male patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with influenza like illness, abdominal pain upper and was treated with Dextromethorphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, agitation, blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, confusional state, diarrhoea, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, heart rate increased.
