Dextroamphetamin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 14, 2008. Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Dextroamphetamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, hypersomnia, weight decreased. Dextroamphetamin dosage: 10 MG, 2-3 TIMES DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NORCO, THYROID, NEURONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 5 years of age, weighting 45.00 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Dextroamphetamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, anorexia, crying, disturbance in attention, dyskinesia, dysphonia, fatigue, gait disturbance. Dextroamphetamin dosage: 5 MG ONCE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
