Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with parenteral nutrition, precerebral artery occlusion, cerebrovascular stenosis and was treated with Dextran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anxiety , blood pressure increased, erythema, hypoaesthesia. Dextran dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 12 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and was treated with Dextran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breath sounds abnormal, chest discomfort, dizziness , dyspnoea, erythema, tachycardia. Dextran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SANDIMMUNE, ENCORTON, OMEPRAZOLE, KALIPOZ, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ALDACTONE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient recovered.
