Dextran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 29, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with coagulopathy and was treated with Dextran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain What is  chest pain, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, dyspnoea, flushing, nausea What is  nausea, refusal of treatment by patient. Dextran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, AMIODARONE, NADOLOL, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL, NICOTINIC ACID. Patient recovered.
