Dextran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 22, 2005. Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Dextran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral artery occlusion, cerebrovascular accident. Dextran dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
