Dextran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 18, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 231.5 lb, was diagnosed with vascular operation and was treated with Dextran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, carbon dioxide decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, post procedural complication, ventricular fibrillation. Dextran dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
