Dexrazoxane side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Feb 12, 2007. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, nausea
and was treated with Dexrazoxane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haemoptysis, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatic function abnormal, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, pancreatic enzymes increased. Dexrazoxane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, DAUNORUBICIN, PRIMPERAN, ZOFRAN, VESANOID, RANITIDINE. Patient was hospitalized.
