Dexmedetomidinee side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 28, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, was treated with Dexmedetomidinee. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, delayed recovery from anaesthesia, depressed level of consciousness, muscular weakness, pneumonia What is  pneumonia. Dexmedetomidinee dosage: ^6 VIALS^ IN 108ML SALINE, CONTINUOUS, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with SALINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
