After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: infusion related reaction, urticaria. Dexferrum dosage: 1450 MG IV. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: auricular swelling, infusion related reaction, lip swelling, oedema mouth, oxygen saturation decreased, rash , urticaria. Dexferrum dosage: 25 MG ONE TIME IV. Patient recovered.
