Dexferrum side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 11, 2005. Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia, anaemia vitamin b12 deficiency and was treated with Dexferrum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, beta haemolytic streptococcal infection, blood glucose fluctuation, culture wound positive, depression What is  depression, oral intake reduced, pain What is  pain, postoperative wound complication, rash erythematous. Dexferrum dosage: 200 MG DAILY X 2 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN B. Patient recovered.
