Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Dexamethasone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood calcium decreased, constipation , diverticular perforation, hypotension, peritonitis, renal failure acute, sepsis , urinary retention. Dexamethasone dosage: 2 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLEDRONIC ACID, ADCAL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID, ATENOLOL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, BENDROFLUAZIDE, IRBESARTAN, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
