Desogestrel side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 16, 2005. Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with oral contraception and was treated with Desogestrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, chest pain What is  chest pain, deep vein thrombosis What is  deep vein thrombosis, dysstasia, groin pain, pain in extremity, pleurisy, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Desogestrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CITODON, SOMADRIL COMP, ERYTHORMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
