Female patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with enuresis and was treated with Desmopressin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood sodium decreased, chest discomfort, coma, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, mydriasis, therapeutic response decreased. Desmopressin dosage: 10 MCG/20 MGC/20 MCG/20 MCG IN. During the same period patient was treated with DESMOPRESSIN ACETATE, DESMOPRESSIN ACETATE, DESMOPRESSIN ACETATE, TOFRANIL, ERYTHROMYCIN ETHYLSUCCINATE, CARBOCISTEINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
