Female patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with rhinitis allergic and was treated with Desloratadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, agitation, hallucination, visual, ill-defined disorder, mydriasis, vomiting. Desloratadine dosage: 2.5 ML; QD; PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
