Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with hypersensitivity, pain , alcohol abuse and was treated with Desloratadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, hypersensitivity, hypotension, malaise, pain , pruritus, tachycardia. Desloratadine dosage: 5 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN AND CLAVULANATE POTASSIUM, ACETAMINOPHEN W, DISULFIRAM, TERCIAN, NOCTRAN, PROZAC, ABILIFY. Patient recovered.
