Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with rhinitis allergic and was treated with Desloratadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, facial palsy, fear, viral infection . Desloratadine dosage: 5 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOCETIRIZINE, MELOXICAM. Patient recovered.
