Desipramine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 18, 1999. Male patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, chest wall pain and was treated with Desipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bundle branch block right, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, grand mal convulsion, therapeutic agent toxicity, ventricular tachycardia, vision blurred. Desipramine dosage: 300 MG DAY; 375 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
