Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with depression , infection , hypertension, hypothyroidism and was treated with Deroxat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coagulation time prolonged, diarrhoea, hypoprothrombinaemia, international normalised ratio increased, overdose, rectal haemorrhage. Deroxat dosage: 10MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, ORACILLINE, PREVISCAN, NEXIUM, MODOPAR, LOXEN, AVLOCARDYL, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
