After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, hypoxia, myocardial infarction, somnolence, unresponsive to stimuli. Depodur dosage: 12.5 MG;1X; ED. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, CLONIDINE, TERAZOSIN , LASIX , QUINIDINE, VICODIN, OXYCONTIN, TIZADINE. Patient recovered.
