After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, depressed level of consciousness, hypoxia. Depodur dosage: 15 MG (ONCE), EPIDURAL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, CLONIDINE, TERAZOSIN , LASIX , QUINIDINE, VICODIN, OXYCONTIN, TIZADINE. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
