Depodur side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 02, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoventilation, mental impairment, miosis, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism , wheezing. Depodur dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, confusional state, hypoventilation, iatrogenic injury, loss of consciousness, respiratory depression, respiratory disorder, respiratory distress. Depodur dosage: 15 MG; X1; ED. During the same period patient was treated with VERSED, FENTANYL, PROPOFOL, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, DOCUSATE, CEFAZOLIN, ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM, URSODIOL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, GLYCOPYRROLATE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with hip arthroplasty and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, dyskinesia, hypoventilation, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory rate decreased. Depodur dosage: 10 MG X1 EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE. Patient recovered.
