Depodur Side Effects Report #5067438-3
Depodur side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 14, 2006. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 258.0 lb, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic decreased, blood pressure systolic increased, body temperature increased, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, oxygen saturation decreased, post procedural complication, respiratory depression, respiratory rate decreased. Depodur dosage: 10 MG, EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, VERSED, ZOFRAN, PERCOSET, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Depodur side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 01, 2005. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , heart rate increased, pulmonary embolism . Depodur dosage: 12 MG (ONCE), EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, DIPRAVAN, NUBAIN, SEVOFLURANE, OXYGEN, VERAPAMIL, NARCAN. Patient died on 10/19/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , cardiac arrest , disease recurrence, dizziness , heart rate increased, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory depression, sedation. Depodur dosage: 15 MG (ONCE, EPIDURAL). During the same period patient was treated with CARDIZEM, METOPROLOL, LOPRESSOR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart rate increased, lethargy, loss of consciousness, pain , pco2 increased, po2 decreased, post procedural complication, respiratory depression, respiratory rate increased. Depodur dosage: 15 MG, EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
