Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 164.0 lb, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Depodur. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, dysarthria, hypotension. Depodur dosage: 10 MG;1X;ED. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITIN, SINGULAIR, ALBUTEROL, ZOLOFT, FOSAMAX, ADVANT, ESTROVEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, coma, hypoxia, sedation, somnolence. Depodur dosage: 5 MG;1X;ED. During the same period patient was treated with TRANSDERM SCOP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, depressed level of consciousness, lethargy, post procedural complication, respiration abnormal, respiratory disorder. Depodur dosage: 10MG ONE TIME EPIDURAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE. Patient recovered.
