Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to meninges and was treated with Depocyt. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , gait disturbance, leukoencephalopathy, neurotoxicity. Depocyt dosage: 50 MG; QD; INTH. Patient recovered.

Depocyt dosage: 50 MG;QW;INTH. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, IFOSFAMIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, asthenia, coma, difficulty in walking, dyspnoea, eye rolling, fall , hyperglycaemia, hypoglycaemia. Depocyt dosage: 50 MG;INTH. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE, NEUPOGEN, NPH INSULIN, VANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/18/2006.
