Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt, epilepsy , depression  and was treated with Depakene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, hepatic failure, hypoglycaemia, intentional overdose, metabolic acidosis, pneumonia , shock, thrombocytopenia. Depakene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOPIRAMATE, BROMAZEPAM, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
