Denosine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 14, 2006. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection , goodpasture's syndrome and was treated with Denosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, myelodysplastic syndrome, pancytopenia, renal failure acute. Denosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, PREDONINE, BAKTAR, FRESH FROZEN PLASMA, FUNGIZONE, MEROPEN, STEROID NOS. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 90.39 lb, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus enterocolitis and was treated with Denosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancytopenia, pulmonary haemorrhage. Denosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DENOSINE IV, DENOSINE IV, DENOSINE IV, DENOSINE IV, STEROID NOS, MIZORIBINE. Patient died on 04/21/2007.
