After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, amnesia, confusional state, convulsion, dysarthria, gallbladder operation, grand mal convulsion, head injury, impaired driving ability. Demerol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN. Patient recovered.
