Demadex side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 21, 2009. Female patient, 51 years of age, weighting 137.0 lb, was diagnosed with oedema peripheral, hypertension and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, hypovolaemia, renal failure acute, syncope. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAXZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, cardiovascular disorder, hypotension, respiratory distress. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NESIRITIDE, LISINOPRIL, ZAROXOLYN, BETAPACE, PRAVACHOL, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized.
