Demadex side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Jan 27, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, hypothyroidism, gout
and was treated with Demadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood uric acid increased, cardiac failure, diverticulitis. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COZAAR, IMDUR, LOPRESSOR, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, SYNTHROID, ALLOPURINOL, PRAVACHOL, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood creatinine increased, blood uric acid increased, cardiac failure, cardiac failure acute, diverticulitis, lower gastrointestinal haemorrhage, protein urine present, pruritus. Demadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, COZAAR, IMDUR, LOPRESSOR, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, SYNTHROID, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
